Real-time wiki editing
Over at JotSpot they seem to have come up with a nice feature: JotSpot Live. Says Abe Fettig:

Pretty cool for phone/IM conference note taking.
At Wikipedia here’s how they deal with two or more people editing the same page at the same time.
